Lifting and work by hydraulic drive

A reach stacker is a highly flexible container stacking and handling machinery. Its main structural feature is that it is equipped with a retractable and pitching arm frame on a self-propelled tire chassis, equipped with an international standard container-specific lifting tool that can be extended and rotated. It can perform arm frame extension, pitching, and lifting tool rotation while the vehicle is loaded and moving in parallel. Hydraulic systems play an important role in energy transfer and control in reach stacker, which makes It widely used in container terminals, yards, and transfer stations.

Hydraulic pump converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, transmits it to hydraulic motor which can convert the pressure back into mechanical energy to achieve the drive of the reach stacker.

The hydraulic system controls the various parts and actions of reach stacker, such as extension, pitching, rotation, lifting, and operation, to achieve container stacking and handling.

The hydraulic control valve controls the flow, pressure, and direction of the hydraulic oil, and realizes the braking, steering, and stopping of reach stacker through the hydraulic motor, ensure the stability and safety.
