A concrete mixer truck is a special vehicle used to transport concrete for construction. These trucks are equipped with cylindrical mixing drums to carry the mixed concrete. The drums are kept rotating during transport to ensure that the concrete is not solidified. After the concrete is delivered, the inside of the drum is usually washed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from taking up space.
The hydraulic system plays a very important role in the cement mixer, through which the complex mechanical movements of the cement mixer can be realized to ensure its stability and safety.
The A4VTG series piston pump is driven by an engine, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and transmitting it to the A2FM fixed displacement motor. The motor then drives the reducer, which drives the mixing device to mix the concrete.
Equipped with a program control system, the CNC machine tool can automatically process the parts according to the shape and size required in the drawings.
Driven by the motor, the hydraulic pump supplies pressure oil to each actuating cylinder or motor to complete various actions.
During driving and waiting for unloading, the concrete mixer truck needs to rotate at a low speed to avoid separation or solidification of the concrete. When driving, the drum rotates forward and when unloading, it rotates backward. The rotating speed and direction of the drum are controlled by the control unit of the variable pump, which changes the speed and displacement of the oil pump and switches the position of the high-pressure oil outlet.
